Pillow

The Pillow is appreciated by people with neck problems, especially those suffering from whiplash injuries. The Pillow is rather firm which means good support to the head. This pillow should be used in conjunction with a thin cotton pillowcase. This allows for a comfortable temperature during both warm and cold nights.

The Pillow is available in two styles, a firmer one with 600g of stuffing and looser one with 460g.

Pillow Case

Back on Track's Pillow Case may be used over your normal pillow. An advantage of the Back on Track Pillow Case is that its benefits are maximised from having the ceramic fabric in direct contact with your skin. Another benefit of the pillowcase is that it is easy to bring when travelling.

The Back on Track Pillow Case is available in two styles; one is a classic pillowcase design, e.g. a layer of material with an opening where the pillow is stuffed into. The other design is made up of two layers of material with a little filling in between. The actual pillow does not completely fill out the pillowcase to the outer edge, rather it is framed by a couple of centimetres all around, which makes the pillowcase a little more elegant than the classic style. The classic style has a fine drawstring under an opening where you put the pillow into.

Bed Sheet

The Back on Track Bed Sheet is ideal for those who have general body aches or back pain. Many users experience much deeper sleep when using it, and have remarked how much less stiff they feel in the mornings. The Bed Sheet is comfortable to sleep on during summer as well as in winter as it tends to neutralize temperature changes.

Mattress Overlay

The Back on Track Mattress Overlay is ideal for those who have general body aches or back pain. Used with a thin bed sheet on top, the mattress can either be slept on or used as a blanket. The mattress's top layer is 100% polyester (containing ceramic powder). The filling is 100% polyester, and the bottom layer is 100% cotton.
