No chemicals are involved and you do not need access to your freezer or refrigerator. This is the cooling product you want to use on your animal, and of course on yourself. This high-tech material cools efficiently through evaporation. Cool on Track™ is really easy to use and to carry with you in every situation. We are launching a dog rug in several sizes; 30-70 cm.
